Massage Policy

 

Therapeutic massage is the only intention of this company, you will be asked to leave and/or authorities will be called in the event of lewd and indecent requests, activities or intentions.

 

So that your massage experience is optimal, children are not allowed in the massage room.  Children under the age of 18 years of age will not be allowed to wait unsupervised in waiting areas alone.

 

Children under the age of 18 years of age require an adult parent/guardian to remain with them in the massage room during their treatment.

 

A Minimum 24 hour notice mandatory cancellation period is required to avoid:

 

1. a service fee of $40, or,

2. a charge of the cost of your service, or, 

3. prepay at next booking attempt.

 

Returned checks will be charged a $25 insufficient funds fee.

 

No refunds on purchased services.  Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan to be 10 minutes early for your appointment; this will also give us time to talk about your needs.

 

Late arrivals may cause your session to be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointment follows yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the payment of the full session.  Late arrivals and are responsible for full payment of session.
