A Relaxation Therapy ( Massage ) focuses on Stress relief. A Remedial Therapy ( Massage ) is more Hands On addressing Soft Tissue Pain and Dysfunction. Techniques include Deep Tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Cross Fiber and Stretching ( Just to Name a few ). Your Qualified Therapist will adjust Techniques to suit both your Presenting Problems and your Comfort level.

 

If you haven’t had Therapy before, we want to reassure you that we’ll walk you through every step of the way. Your Qualified Therapist will fully explain what we’re what  we’re going to do before starting. We’ll use a lighter pressure if it’s your first time so that we can understand whats comfortable for you. Your Privacy will be respected throughout and we actively communicate with you to get your feedback during treatment.
